1. Service scope
Beluga provides an Account Information Service (AISP) under FCA authorisation. We aggregate and display your bank account data through Open Banking. We are not a bank and do not hold deposits or initiate payments. Our service is read-only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK (or another jurisdiction we support) to use Beluga. You must have authority to link the bank accounts you connect.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. We may invite users in phases. By joining, you agree to receive waitlist-related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.
5. Limitation of liability
Beluga provides information and tools for your convenience. We do not provide financial advice. Your use of our service is at your own risk. Our liability is limited as permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
